When I think about Windows, there is only a single picture in mind
But hearing Linux, its bit confusing.
N names are there. Redhat, Fedora, Debian….
Dear friend,
What are the differences between these?
Which one will be a better choice?
Can I develop my own Linux version?
How the changes made by individuals can become the part of the OS?
How others can use these types of applications?

Free means as in Freedom to use,
to run it for any purpose, redistribute it,
modify it and make the changes available to
the community.You have the documentation
available in the internet and also Manuals
are available with the packages you install.
See its not a waste of time because how many
proprietary softwares gives you this freedom.
Come on you had paid for the software. And
then if you are not getting these freedoms
then what is the use of this Software.

Don’t call yourself as an end user. You are
a programmer I believe.

I cant get it free.. I may get the source, But I dont know how to use it, or simply it is waste for me.

2. How this ‘free’ affects the end user like me?
