@Bernhard I guess you wanted to say flick instead of pan. The reason there’s almost no support for gestures right now in CA is that I had a hard time trying to implement pinch zoom for example (thanks to having to apply all kinds of patches to get Qt gestures working), it gave me nothing but frustration. So if someone can implement it, its appreciated

@jstaneik And just to add, the text doc page list is in early stages and thats why it has just text. Sujith will be adding thumbnails in some time

What was the reason to use left/right arrows for navigating through the slides instead of using pan gestures?

I have openSUSE 11.4 and I get an inordinate amount of noise when I launch something like konqueror or kwrite from the commandline (not root).

Do other distros have this issue? Is it a KDE issue?

I have added “export $(dbus-launch) to my /root/.bashrc just to keep kdesu from crashing (taking drkonqi with it) when I use kdesu as root (which can happen up in scripts that are to be used as either root or a user).

I have dialup but I’m considering d/loading kde 4.7 *IF* this fixes the problems.

Among the problems are incorrectly deleted widgets (leaking standalone popups) and deprecated signals… lots of great “assert” output, but it looks like nobody read them.

Note: kdg-su doesn’t spit out all this noise, but then it’s a script. And we can see in that script that they suppress errors and warning by redirecting the output to the null device.

Great. Reached here tracing the Klettres malayalam localization page. I was collecting some good apps for my daughter who is now in play-school. Ok. Great. Used KLettres. Nice experience. Good pronunciation. But I could not key in the sounds you say in that app. I think I have to install SCIM or something like that?
